  The organization was started in 1973 with avowed intention of manufacturing all types of PHARMACEUTICAL MACHINERY. For a decade, we catered to the Indian Market’s requirements of Pharmaceutical Machinery like Bottle Filling and Washing Machine, Tray Driers, Mechanical Sifter, Vial Filling Machine, Coating Pan, Fluid Bed Drier, Pressure Vessel, Planetary Mixer etc.
   
  While catering to this market segment, we chanced to come across a Kolkata-based Pharmaceutical Organisation in 1982, who were facing problems in film Coating of Tablets.  Until then, the tablets were being coated in conventional pans, which was not only causing health hazards to the coating personnel, but also was time consuming.  Inspired by the opportunity given to us to develop an Automatic Coating Machine, we started the process of development in right earnest.  Thus in 1984, NEOCOTA AUTOMATIC COATING SYSTEM was born.
   
  During the last 23 years, we have manufactured and marketed over 480 machines, out of which 50 Machines were exported to the countries like USA, AUSTRALIA, CHINA, JORDAN, YEMEN, U.A.E., UGANDA, KENYA, SUDAN, CYPRUS & SAUDI ARABIA, AUSTRIA, BRAZIL, BANGLADESH ETC.
   
  We are a professionally managed organisation having two manufacturing units in Kolkata, which are provided with all the necessary machineries for Fabrication, Machining, Assembling, Finishing and other related job.
   
  STRICT QUALITY CONTROL is maintained during manufacturing and well-laid but guidelines are set for this purpose.  The bought-out items are inspected at the manufacturers’ Works periodically.  We have different team of engineers for providing Erection and Commissioning & prompt After-sales Service.  Standard spare parts are available off-the-shelf.
   
  We have in-house R & D facility for technology upgradation and keep ourselves abreast of latest developments in COATING TECHNOLOGY.   This helps us in continuous improvements of the product.
   
  We can provide IQ/OQ/PQ Qualifications for Automatic Coating System and are in the process of getting CE Certification.
   
  Over the years, we have gained vast experiences in manufacturing AUTOMATIC COATING SYSTEM by interacting with various Indian and Multinational Pharmaceutical and Confectionery Units based in India.  Products like CADBURY GEMS AND PARK DAVIS CHICLETS are coated in our system.  We are proud to state that we even impart Aqueous and Non-aqueous Film Coating and Sugar Coating Technology to clients, who need the same.
   
  We can also supply HEPA FILTER for filtration of incoming drying air and MOBILE BED WET SCRUBBER for purification of exhaust air, in case a customer need these items.
